Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Information
Deposit
- 1 night stay: 50% deposit on reservation.
- More than 1 night: 50% of total cost to be received on booking. Remainder to be received by date of stay.
Please note: when you book with us, we reserve a room exclusively for you. Therefore, should you cancel we may have to charge you. Full details on cancellations as follows:
Cancellation
- Over 1 month in advance: full deposit refunded.
- Less than 1 month but more than 7 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days: no refund.
- No Show: forfeit total amount due either by keeping monies collected or debiting of credit card by details submitted.
